Close to beach. Excellent breakfast and waiters

Fantastic location and staff, especially Victoria. Great breakfast included. We were able to use the lounge chairs and umbrellas belonging to the St Nicholas Hotel at the far end of the beach....that was a major plus..Might not apply in the summer months. We were there in October. Just a 1 minute walk is Kafe Kanda for dinner...look it up on Trip Advisor for an authentic experience. Get there at 7pm as very small place.
The drainage was a bit smelly but we have noticed this in several places in Albania.

Location, perfect for the beach and restaurants.
Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast good
No complaints, I would stay again.

Great location near the beach and the breakfast was good.
It was overpriced. This was the most expensive place we stayed in Albania and it was not worth the amount paid. The views from balconies were sub par, the smell that others noted came in the bathroom window, the facilities were not all working properly, and it certainly was not a four star accommodation. Our other accommodations were far better for the price.
