I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made me feel very well cared for. The hot-air balloon packages over the Teotihuacán pyramids were excellent and made the trip especially memorable. My room was also spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!
