Very spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, fantastic location (great photos still don’t capture the scale of the place!). Hot tub is great. Some excellent drives in the Yorkshire Dales next door. Both Bolton Abbey and Fountains Abbey are close by and Brimham Rocks are well worth a visit.
Nitpicking- The log store wasn’t covered with a fully waterproof cover so the damp logs were not the easiest to start a fire with (for the hot tub and the indoor fireplaces). Ended up using the inside dry logs first to then start drying out logs next to the fire - I grew up with a fireplace so used to dealing with this but this may have frustrated other guests.

Beautiful scenery, beautiful home, very spacious.
No electric kettle so abit tricking with warming the babies bottles and had to wait 20minutes for a cuppa.
It seems trivial but it does say there is one and it’s a stove top kettle.
I know the feel is old country house, but I would put some carpet squares on the brick stones stairs, especially with pets and young children.

A beautiful location, great hot tub and very spacious. Peaceful surroundings and beautifully dark and quiet at night.
The decor is a little unusual. It feels a little odd with the hot tub placed at the rear of the property.
