A strategic place to visit the beauties of Val d'Orcia and Chianti Sienese. The property has a large surrounding grounds and a private garden furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant outdoor meals. From the terrace upstairs you can enjoy stunning views of the valley.

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and there are 4 different outdoor seating areas, all of which had views of the olive groves surrounding the villa. Our favorite was the rooftop terrace with views of the countryside and hilltop towns. It is exceptionally peaceful and quiet. We took a short walk to the town of Farnetella. The larger town of Sinalunga has restaurants and grocery stores and is a 10 minute drive. We also did a day trip to Sienna. The host was very friendly and gave a great tour of the house and gardens. This was the perfect location for our family of three to experience the beauty and peace of the Tuscan countryside.

The hosts are great and take a lot of pride in their wonderful home. It is very well taken care of and clean! The kitchen was great for cooking a meal at home and the location is perfectly located between larger cities like Sienna and smaller wineries and vineyards. Its a very cozy stay in the countryside and offered one of the most unique stays on our honeymoon.

This beautiful countryside home was perfect for our one night stay in Tuscany. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and gave us the most inviting welcome and tour of the home. We were able to make a short drive to Lucignano for dinner at Osteria le Botti, recommended by the host. We hope to come back some day!

This property truly was a dream! Nestled in the Tuscan hillside it provided a gorgeous and peaceful escape, while still being a 5 to 10 minute drive from any amenities we need. It was perfectly situated to explore the entirety of the Val d'Orcia by car!La famiglia Andreoni were so welcoming and so helpful, they truly made us feel like one of them! The hosts live on the property but, as other reviews say, they are in a completely separate part of the property and so we truly felt like we had the place to ourselves. Fabricio greeted us with such joy and we had absolutely no problem communicating with him via translation apps. He gave us an incredible number of recommendations for sights to see and things to do and food to eat while we were there. He also gave us a tour of his garden after he found out that we are also gardeners, and it was such a wonderful and warm welcome. The place itself was so comfortable and homey that we were sad we only booked five nights! We loved watching the sunset from the upper balcony and greeting the morning with the rooster and chickens on the property. The three cats that frequented the property also added charm and kept us company as we all sunned ourselves on the back patio! What a magical place, and we absolutely know that we will be returning to stay for longer. Looking forward to it!
