The staff was friendly and accommodating
One of the nights the hotel and parts of the city had a power outage. There is no emergency backup lighting at the hotel. This is very dangerous. I asked the staff why there wasn't a backup generator. They didn't know why.

Location
It was stupid expensive for what one didn’t get. More than $215/night for a TINY room where it was announced on a sticker on the bathroom mirror that they only come every other day to clean the room. Literally, the only amenities were a small fridge (I didn’t know they make them that small) and large bottles of cheap soap and lotion screwed to the wall at the sink, and cheap shampoo, soap and conditioner screwed to the wall in the shower. The bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress, the coverlet was for a queen-size bed and ours was a king, the pillows were very, very cheap and flat. The cord to the corner lamp was so badly frayed, it’s quite surprising they passed a fire inspection. Breakfast was the standard stuff one finds at hotels for half the price. It was loud everywhere. Loud in the corridors, loud in the lobby, loud in the breakfast areas - yes, there are 2 because the hotel conjoins with another that is geared to long stays. The best thing I can say is that it was clean.
