Breakfast was very good staff were friendly. The hotel was in a very central location.
There wasn’t anything really only that the roof top area was closed for the season. We will know in future to come earlier.

Staff, location, ease of checkin and checkout.
No outside space to sit. We thought the roof terrace would be available, so booked the room knowing there was no balcony. Just a bit annoying. No kettle in room to make cuppa.

Staff was friendly, amazing location and clean
A few issues with the flush in our toilet - was noisy in the room but can happen

The staff was very nice.
We stayed with no water for an entire evening/night and the staff told us there was nothing they could do about it and we just had to wait for the plumber the following day. Once the water came back it was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
