The location was perfect, the staff and management exceptional, the room was lovely with plenty of room, a very large comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The restaurants were excellent for the meals I had, breakfasts and dinners and the concierge was very helpful in helping me plan my trips. The onsen was very good as was the spa.

Restaurant service is bad. The Manager has attitude and did not serve the tea which was supposed to come with desert.
