The location is convenient, with a walking trail along the river. Supermarkets and the train station are both within walking distance.

Great location downtown and had Animas river walk right behind hotel. Garage on property w add s a nice touch. Good breakfast each morning.
Seemed a little over priced. My room was by main road so lot of traffic noise at night. Lot of homeless folks all around hotel.
