Location and friendly staff. Air conditioning was good.
The description was misleading. It states there is a lift, but there are still 10/12 steps before the very small lift is reached. The toiletries were just a couple of sachets. The dining area was in the kitchen and comprised very small tables with hard chairs that barely fitted underneath.

Really nice place

The property was really spacious, in an excellent location 20m from the Vittorio Emanuele which is one stop from Termini.
The air conditioning was a great relief from the summer heat, and is close by to all the main attractions in terms of walking distance.
There are loads of fantastic restaurants very closeby.
The breakfast was really lovely and the staff were really helpful and responsive

Great location.
We were there for the half marathon of Rome and asked if we could check-out at 12 instead of 10 to shower and change. But the host was inflexible and didn’t offer any other option. The breakfast is cheap and minimal and the rooms are outdated. The bathroom smelled like an open sewer after using the shower.
