The accessibility, laundry, cleanliness. Refreshing & updated.
The front office receptionist was nice upon checking in but when I walked by with my family he stared us down like a hawk. No smile. No more “nice” greetings. Two times we went through the front he glared at us. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Children are people too.

staff was awesome, room was clean, shuttle to/from ORD invaluable. Cannot ask for more than that!! Thanks so much. Would recommend.
All good, no complaints

I loved that everything was clean and beautiful.
Except for one male receptionist at the front desk with a little attitude, everything and everyone was amazing!
