Brilliant first trip to Annecy, couldn’t have picked a better location. Hope to go back soon. Would recommend to friends

Do not stay here, very disappointing

Location, easy to walk around. Was quiet at night with shutters on windows.

The attitude of the property manager is beyond belief. Issue 1 - toilet. The toilet was not working, this had been reported by the tenant before us but still not fixed by the time we arrived. We let them know the toilet was not refilling after being flushed and that buttons were sticking. Rather than fix the problem, they told us to press both buttons at once and wait 10 minutes between flushing (not great when there is more than 1 guest). Problem was not fixed during our stay. Appalling. Issue 2 - heating and cooling. You are threatened with a fine if you change the temperature! There is a sign on the wall reading ”Please maintain the temperature at 20 degrees. An extra fee can be charged. Heating from mid-October to mid-April.” Issue 3 - garbage. There is only one internal bin, but on exit as you empty the bin into outside shared bins, you are asked to separate the garbage into recyclables and green waste and landfill. It’s reasonable to recycle, we do this at home, but why not provide separate internal bins or at least let you know so you don’t co-mingle waste which later needs to be separated? Again, you are threatened with a fine - €135 Issue 4 - the couch. Many earlier review have said the couch is uncomfortable. It is very uncomfortable, you slip off, almost impossible to stay on it. Why keep it when so many people have complained? Issue 5 - kitchen. Some of the items eg chopping board are well past needing to be replaced. Issue 6 - arrival instructions. We spent an hour trying to access the apartment. We went to the address provided but found the instructions did not specify the floor. We messaged and were told the wrong floor. It turns out the property manager had sent further instructions on the day of arrival, these were so large in size they could not be downloaded over the cellular network. Issue 7 - car park lift only fits a small car - very stressful.

Very good stay and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Annecy

Excellent location right in the middle of town. Pleasant balcony that is very nice for breakfast, early evening drink or dinner

The car parking is complicated - you have to drive the car into a narrow lift.

Die Lage ist inmitten der Altstadt, also sehr gut. Der Balkon war gross mit Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Liegestühle. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad sehr gross. Bad und WC waren getrennt, was sehr praktisch war. Vom Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer aus konnte man den Balkon betreten.

Alles perfekt.
