We loved the back patio and view. The unit had a nice kitchen and bath. It was comfortable.

Road noise was loud at times. But we used a noise machine in the unit to blur it out. It rained one night and we had a leak.

There's nothing else like it! Each "room" is a tiny home, with full amenities. Situated cliff side, the views are spectacular overlooking the canyon and the Virgin River. It's a great location across the street from Zion Canyon Hot Springs (an oasis in the desert) and next door to the best coffee shop in the world - River Rock Roasting. And the bed and pillows - I've never had it better for a great night's sleep. Super conveient to Zion Canyon and some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails ever.

It's next to the highway which can get busy at certain times of the day, but once inside, you don't notice the noise. It's nice that it's so convenient though with the highway there.

New clean facility - amazing views off a cliff into the desert - great little convienence store in the office - great employees! Highly reccomend.
