The location is amazing, close to the grands magasins, tuileries, madeleine, etc...Even during the Paris riots, the street was quiet and calmer. Breakfast is great, staff helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and we had a huge bibliothèque full of beautiful books.
It would have been nice if there was a small lobby to sit with someone or wait comfortably. Also no room service, and the restaurant opens only till 2 pm for lunch and is closed on Sunday and Monday for dinner. Too bad as we wanted to try it.

Cleanliness, safety and the shower plus the bidet.
Not a thing.

I like the location and the aesthetics of the rooms
The check in was not very smooth.

The location is obviously fantastic. Very friendly staff. The room is small but it is expected in Paris. Lovely decor throughout.
My room faced the courtyard/bar, and OMG, it was incredibly noisy. There was nightclub-style music playing until around 1 a.m., which made it very difficult to sleep. Luckily, I was only staying for two nights.
The staff were friendly and offered to change my room or provide earplugs. I decided not to move as it felt like too much hassle for a short stay.
Overall, if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you—especially if your room faces the courtyard/bar.
