Room is ok, but I feel tricked

Good location of the appartment. The room is also well maintained and I can recommend it for midium length stay.

I was not informed that elevator is not working. The place is at floor 10 and that is unaceptable. Getting up was possible only with security guard as he could make the elevator run. Getting down was not possible because I couldnt get in contact with guard from my room. The operating hours of host was only until 5pm. Other than than the water preassure in shower was very low and had to wait a few minutes until hot water appeared.

⭐ 1/10 — DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RUIN YOUR VACATION

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property. I booked this place expecting a room with a balcony, but what I received was nothing like what I expected. The room felt more like a storage room than vacation accommodation — enclosed, uncomfortable, with very poor ventilation and almost no airflow. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, and I was forced to use the stairs repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable when you are paying for accommodation and expecting basic facilities to be available. The most frustrating part was that the accommodation did not match what I believed I had booked. A balcony was important to me, yet I ended up in a room that made me feel trapped rather than relaxed. You travel to Manila to enjoy your vacation, not to spend it dealing with broken facilities and an uncomfortable room. My advice to other travelers: think twice before booking. Don’t waste your money and risk ruining your vacation. I genuinely regret choosing this property. 1 star — and based on my experience, even that feels generous.
