Quaint beach apartment. A few minutes walk to the beach. We wanted to experience something different and outside the city limits. Lovely views of the Mediterranean. Close to the metro and many restaurants. We met many people close and around the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very safe area..we had no problem walking to the beach after 10 pm. Actually met some people fishing at the beach late at night. We had appointments in downtown Barcelona during our short stay and was able to accomplish everything. We even squeezed in a visit to La Sagrada Familia. Our host was always attentive and gave us good advice on where to eat and where to go locally. Thanks Kerstin, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was exactly as seen on VRBO description. Host was very helpful. We would stay here again.

In the words of Ken, "Beach." This location is perfect for popping into Barcelona or better yet, spending the day on the Mediterranean Sea.

Loved Montgat. The house is nicely kept with beautiful views. Only 5 mins walk from the beach. The second bathroom is not usable because it’s really small(probably would work for a toddler), can not use the sink in it as it’s really tiny . It’s ok- we adjusted but since we were 4 adults there, we had to adjust a lot in the mornings and for showering purposes. Otherwise - happy with the stay. The host is very helpful too. If you go there- do try the kebab place on your way to the beach. The shawarma is good. Also- be mindful that the taxi/uber service is not easily available here. Just FYI.
