Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spacious, well-kept, clean, very quiet and very modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice location, you can walk to the beach with some nice restaurants. Two convenience stores are almost right next to the building. On the first night when we arrived we had some issues with the parking garage, but a very nice facility manager that seemed to be there full-time was very kind and helped us (we did rely on our broken Korean for this conversation though, haha). We would absolutely stay there again anytime!

It was well thought out, the extras such as toiletries were wonderful. Cola and coffee in the fridge was a great unexpected addition.

Location was good it was very clean and the bed was comfortable I slept well . Netflix was a great bonus as it rained for my entire stay .Water was in good supply in the fridge and the place was spotlessly clean . Restaurants and shops were close as was the beach .
Towels in bath room were very small, luckily I brought my own. The kitchen cupboard facilities were poor. 1 blunt knife that wouldn’t cut bread or meat,insufficient plates and no instructions for microwave or cooker etc. the sofa was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable sea view was limited.

주변에 속초해수욕장과 바다향기 해안 산책로가 외옹치항까지 욍복으로 걸으면 서 힐링을 할 수 있음. 도심에 있어서 접근성이나 편의성은 최고임.
타워주차장이라 추가로 짐을 빼거나 넣을 경우 출고/입고 버튼을 눌러야 하니 불편하고 . . 그런일은 없겠지만
주차타워 속성상 고장 시 조치 할때 까지는 차를 뺄수가 없다는 점이 늘 맘에 걸림. 다행히 신축한지 2년 정도라
기우일수 있지만 늘 염두에 두어야 할듯 . .
