SMELLY, DIRTY, UNFRIENDLY - take the chance and book somewhere else

- terrace - even with the wrong address, the apartment is good located - there are beautiful beaches in Canneto

! bad communication ! wrong address ! no clean rooms ! dirty bathroom with hairs in the shower, the floor and kitchen ! unfriendly and passive housekeeper - after arriving at Canneto it took 1h to get into the apartment, because of the non communication of the house keeper - he didn't even contact us at all, we had to ask every single detail about handover of the keys, check in and out, etc. and wait a day for response - the double bed, was just a frame with an uncomfortable folding bed hiding in it - the apartment wasn't cleaned before our arrival! it was dusty, smelly and everywhere were black hairs of former visitors - the bathroom was just disgusting, black hair stick to every shower wall, the shower chalky and yellowed - there was no bin, just very huge garbage bags, the grandpa tried to explain that he will pick up the trash from outside ?! - also there is not the right address written on booking, the housekeeper just uses a wrong one...even after calling him, he didn't want to tell the right address and we had to wait for his grandpa who just spoke italian (we do not), because the housekeeper wasn't even there - we texted booking that we are very unhappy about the apartment and they sent our request to the housekeeper, after that he was even unfriendlier - wifi wasn't working very well - we hopefully get a little refund, but after all, this wasn't worth it in anyway :(

Ottimo soggiorno

La casa molto accogliente con una bellissima veranda. Anche se non sul lungomare, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Il proprietario è estremamente cortese e disponibile. Avendone la possibilità, torneremo sicuramente.

Niente.
