Very comfortable, warm and cozy. Well equipped and spacious. Right in the centre of Alnwick so easy to walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, market etc. Very responsive and helpful owner.
Communication from Booking.com and Sykes and the owner all on different platforms didn't work and driving up we had no idea how to get into the property. But the owner sorted it out once we contacted them. Found it hard to find it as the instructions were out of date.

Fantastic location, loved the quirky touches and the Pool table. Beds very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Owners were extremely helpful when I enquired about access.

Der Vermieter hat persönlich Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen, was mich positiv überrascht hat. Ich habe mich direkt gut empfangen gefühlt. In der Wohnung roch es überall gut, sauber. Es war alles sehr gepflegt.
Im Kühlschrank war eine kleine Kanne Milch für uns parat und ein Beutel Cookies in der Küche, an denen wir uns bedienen durften. Zwei sehr gastfreundliche und nicht selbstverständliche Gesten.
Die Parksituation und der angegebene Zugang war nicht sehr praktisch. "Nicht gefallen" ist dennoch etwas übertrieben. Schlimm war es auch wieder nicht. Wir sind in der Schweiz wahrscheinlich grundsätzlich etwas grosszügiger mit dem Platz.
