Great countryside location. Free parking for one car right outside the house. The cottage is lovely, easy to find, quality fittings etc. clean and tidy. Someone has taken time to renovate and present the cottage well. Short walk to local pub serving food. Host provided detailed helpful info pack.

We stayed for 2 nights The location was ideal as a stopover coming back from Scotland. Easy parking, fantastic walks from the property . Directions were good. It was clean and tidy.
Some kitchen equipment a bit lacking, although not a big problem for just 2 nights.

comfortable accommodation with all necessary facilities
Accommodation was a little remote, we thought it would be walkable to the village..
Keylock code given was wrong, luckily the next door neighbour was there and kindly contacted the host to get the correct code

"This is the second time we have stayed there, it's a nice place, easy to find, and a great place to stay while you explore the region. We went to the Lakes on both occasions, not too far out."
