The accommodation is clean, warming and comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. The host met us with keys and showed us the property. The location is great and easy to visit Loch Ness or Inverness for day trips. One can choose to pop to town for a take out or shop at a supermarket and cook at 'home'. There is a small shop and takeaway on site. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty hot water. Will definitely stay again.
The DVD player did not work.

No communication on how to pick up the keys on arrival. Had to call the host after I arrived, and give them their due they only took 5 minutes to get there, however i didn't know to call. so communication to this effect would have been appreciated.

Caravan was ideal for our stay.
Didn't realise there was no bath towels but that was probably our own fault.

The caravan was clean and had all the main amenities
Towels not provided
Bin bags not provided in order to replace the one already in the bin
Host Denis was very rude and opinionated about us bringing a puppy to the property despite there being no note of any restriction on the age of dog allowed to be brought
We were made to feel very uncomfortable to the point we left a night early
Had a weird smell almost a fusty smell
