No microwave, no iron in the bedroom. Bed Mattress could be thicker to be more comfortable.

Beautiful location.
We loved the staff, the food, the location, the boat trip with snorkelling.
The staff is what makes this resort a beautiful experience to stay at.
Adaptable helpful pleasant and friendly.
The fish pond had some beautiful fish and was lovely to swim in.
We would go back again.

The hotel has a beautiful view, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The food also had a good variety and was tasty.
Considering the price of the food, I feel the overall experience could be better. Cleanliness needs more attention, particularly in the washroom and bathroom areas. During our stay, there were also some guests whose behaviour was inappropriate, with excessive noise continuing until after midnight, which was quite disturbing.
Overall, there are some good aspects, especially the view, friendly staff and food variety, but the hotel could improve significantly in terms of cleanliness, guest behaviour management and value for money.
