Value for money, strategic location, right at the train station of ChengZhan station. Be reminded to pick HangZhou station (not Hangzhou East station) sharing a mistake we have made.

Breakfast at the roof top was excellent. Not much in terms of variety and quality but the views were amazing.
Nothing. Loved everything about this hotel.

Excellent property on excellent location just opposite metro station which makes is super convenient. Breakfast was ok but no complaints. Staff was super nice and accommodating.
Breakfast need a little makeover tomorrow the menu to make it more international standard rather then just focus on Chinese clientele as holiday inn is an international brand.
