Outstanding customer service from Maria, Alex, Evelyn, Aris and Manolis. They are very knowledgeable in the area and provided excellent recommendations.
Having a Ritz Carlton background I can state the entire staff lived up to those high standards! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the beaches across the street, walking trails and tavernas nearby. We used the gym and yoga studio. Also had massages, which were excellent! The property, amenities and people are gems! We would stay here again!

Mossa Well Being Hotel is a wonderful hotel next to a beautiful park and just a short walk from four lovely, well-organised beaches.
Although my stay was brief, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the heated pool, the spa facilities, and a wonderful massage.
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of great options.
I’ll definitely be back soon!
Everything was perfect!😊

Lovely pool and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to nice protected beaches. Easy access to Chania old town.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with bus stop for Chania right outside and many lovely beaches and eateries a few minutes walk away. The pool was wonderful for a morning dip. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was lovely and spacious with a balcony looking over the pool. I definitely want to come back.
Nothing. Everything was perfect!
