Very nice property, located at walking distance of Mondello's restaurants zone. The ladies managing the property are super-friendly and helpful. Having a parking space inside the property was also very convenient.

Beautiful villa on the Mondello beach, relaxed atmosphere but very close to Palermo, friendly and attentive hosts and staff. Very good breakfast.

The property was beautiful and well maintained and the rooms were a decent size with the necessities.
The “air conditioning” did not go below 25 or 24.5 degrees Celsius in our room. This made it very difficult for my husband and I to sleep at night and unfortunately ruined the stay. We were very tired the whole time and I constantly had heat rash from being overheated. I’ve stayed in many boutique properties similar to this in hot climates all over the world and never encountered one that could not provide decent air conditioning. They need to upgrade their air conditioning systems. It was quite unacceptable.
