Location and quietness
One bedroom was internal . Garden was unkempt.
House very bland and basic. Some wee touches like a valance on the beds would improve its aesthetics .
Fan in bathroom was inadequate especially with no window to open

Neat little unit, close to where we needed to be. Easy check in process with excellent communication from hosts.
The stairs down to the accommodation were covered with leaf litter and branches, which could be slippery when wet. Also, the stairway lighting did not work, making navigating the stairs difficult until the sensor light on the building was activated. This made it difficult for my elderly father to use.
Also, there is an ant infestation. No matter how clean and clear the benchtops were kept, there was a constant stream of ants. Making fly spray available would have helped. Also, there were a lot of black millipedes in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
Finally, the lack of natural light in the second bedroom was not great. There are no windows and you have to rely on the overhead lighting and lamps

It had off-street parking and a yard, two spacious bedrooms and was comfortable.

Location was good, walking distance to Fremantle centre.
Beds were comfortable.
The dishes were dirty, we had to wash them before being able to use them.
There was a strange sound coming from the ventilation system.
Not much possibility to air the accomodation, especially in the bathroom the moisture took a long time to clear.
We had noise from the neighbours at 2 in the night.
