The location, the staff, the modern and spacious rooms, the Turkish breakfast
It was our second stay and we liked it all!

Friendly staff. They spoke good English and were happy to help with taxi booking and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was excellent - "full Turkish" - prepared when you arrive at the restaurant area and delivered to your table. The room had a mini-kitchen with microwave, work-surface and large domestic-size fridge, proper kitchen sink, tea, coffee and water provided. The shower room and other bathroom facilities were excellent. Plenty of wardrobe space with a small safe inside.
There seemed to be a power socket issue affecting a third of the room which meant the TV did not work neither did the desk light (the cable for the light was coiled round the base so I assumed it was a long-term issue). The kitchen area was fine and all the other lighting and air conditioning. We didn't miss the TV as there is just too much to do in Istanbul - in fact we were so busy we didn't even mention the power issue to reception so it's perhaps unfair to bring it up now.

Location is great, room was spacious and really clean, staffs were really nice and helpful, they arranged our going back to airport transportation even it was really early travel without any problem. Breakfast is really good highly recommend to get when you order room totally worth it. I’ll consider to stay again when I’m back in Istanbul.

It’s very stylishly designed and in a good part of town. The toiletries they give you are top notch
The cleaning service sometimes takes until 5pm to get done. Whilst the rooms look stylish, the quality is lacking. The doors are paper thin and you can hear every bit of movement in the hallway as well as in your adjacent neighbours room so my earplugs came in very handy. There’s no rest area in reception and no restaurant so when you’re waiting all day for your room to be cleaned it’s either sit on the floor or go spend money at a cafe. This place was decent but overpriced and definitely not deserving of its current booking.com rating. Also I had neighbours with screaming infants all night on my last night and the staff at reception were very rude when I asked to change rooms and told me no
