"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase), a quiet town just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary. The town is nestled in one of Apulia’s most picturesque and unspoiled landscapes: the high, rugged coastline between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the Regional Park.
The studio apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette on the covered veranda, and a small, shaded outdoor area facing the sea.
The bedroom is spacious and can accommodate up to three guests. The veranda features a small table where you can enjoy meals or relax on lounge chairs.
The villa is located on the outskirts of the small town of Marina Serra, so there is no through traffic, and it overlooks the sea directly, accessible via an easy path beyond the small road in front of the villa, plus a beautiful natural pool—also suitable for children—located 150 meters away, which was recently featured in an article in Vanity Fair for its beauty, and the former small marina, now a swimming area with shallow waters.
The villa is suitable for various types of guests—couples, families, and groups—and can be adapted to meet all needs.
We provide linens upon request and for an additional fee (sheets and bath towel sets). We provide a crib for infants free of charge.
The villa’s spaces can be used flexibly based on the needs and requests of our guests. Our villa is, in fact, suitable for families, large groups, and even couples.
My family and I spend the summer in another apartment in the same villa. Our children—Roberto, 9, Riccardo, 13, and Anita, 16, often hang out together with their cousins and friends, along with our young guests—whether playing in the garden, swimming in the sea, or going on their own afternoon and evening outings in the town, which is quiet and safe in this regard.
TV with Sky satellite decoder compatible with guests' own smart cards or ViaSat.
Spacious outdoor areas, garden with playground equipment, shaded parking (1 parking space per unit), shared washing machine, and a convenient shared outdoor shower.

bien exposée a 50 mètres de la mer un bar restaurant a 200 mètres et tout ce qu il faut pour se laver et faire a manger avec une cuisine extérieure, micro onde frigo, c'est pas le grand luxe pour environ 30 euros par nuitée mais c'est largement suffisant et très fontionelle
