I definitely recommend it!

Everything was perfect. There was a bus station right in front of the apartment. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended!

I really recommend booking this apartment! The apartment is really beautiful and very comfortable! And located in an excellent location and close to a bus station. The owner is really a kind person and provides excellent service including self check-in which allowed us to check-in after the check-in time without extra charge.

Very good

A bus stop is nearby - easy to get to Venice (about 15-20 minutes), good kitchen, pretty view from the window.

The apartment was a bit dusty, and it was a little cold one of the nights. One of the chairs was broken. Wi-Fi turned off every morning, so we had to switch on/off the router.

Passable

I liked the position just near the Mestre center. Also nearby the apartment there are plenty of services grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The flat is on the 7th floor and has a small balcony.

The contacts with the flat-manager were quite complicated due to his delayed answers to my questions initial questions related to the home equipment. Furthermore the flat manager made the check-in procedure very frustrating process and the most complicated I have ever been through. Despite to the communications via cell phone and via Booking chat space that I'll be arriving 1 hour later then announced previously via Booking due to the traffic congestion (I was travelling from 500km distance) the flat-manager argued with me and referred that there is the possibility that he doesn't let me enter since he was so busy on Sunday at 19:00 and said that I'll be able to check-in from the next day at 14!!! Be aware of this huge potential problem when booking this apartment: the flat-manager is not doing his work properly and with dedication, and what was most preoccupying is the flat-manager's unavailability to find a smooth solution. I was proposing other options but no of these were accepted. At the end his father (very polite person) attended and welcomed me. The flat-manager never contacted me again during my stay. The flat was generally fine for a short-term stay. The first thing I've noticed was the bed that had un-ironed sheets and was not set at all. The second thing that was horrible is that as soon as you enter the flat you'll notice the bad and permanent sewer smell.

La struttura è molto carina e accogliente.

Il servizio di pulizie era molto scarso.
