The location was right in the heart of the action.

The information regarding how to collect the keys was a bit vague. We ended up having to call to get more specific instructions as to the proper location.

So many steps to get to the apartment.

10 / 10

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was really wonderful to stay in this apartment.

The apartment is very nice, full of character with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The central location is a great benefit, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and cool even when it is hot outside.

The shower kept overflowing because it does not have a pedestal, and water goes into a slot in the floor. This was quite uncomfortable and not very hygienic. Sitting around the kitchen desk is uncomfortable because there is no room for your legs. A separate table would have been much better.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

The location was amazing and apartment was easy to get into. Beautifully done and the terrace was nice in the evening, just be aware of biting insects (like you’d get in most places). Bed was unbelievably comfortable and a very good fan if it was too warm. Trento is quiet and beautiful and good rail connections.

Unfortunately only 1 wine glass and dishwasher was to be emptied ourselves when we arrived. Ants in the bathroom

Pleasant

Great location. Spacious

Lack of facilities. No hand dishwashing liquid or plug to use in sink. As there were only two of us end we out often it is always easier to hand wash two cups and plates rather than run a dishwasher. We had booked a five night stay and were only supplied with 2 dishwasher tablets. In support they did provide extras on request
