We love the location, it is near all the cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautiful and very roomy. Having an elevator is a plus.

there is a fully functional washer dryer in the kitchen. AC works great. The welcome snacks, wine, and water were thoughtful. There’s a Nespresso machine with many pods for you to use. An ironing board, yoga mats, toaster, water kettle, etc. It is a spacious apartment with great location.
For the hefty price, we expected more from Ando Living. While management is friendly and timely via WhatsApp, there were a lot of issues that need to be fixed for future guests. When we arrived to the front door, the keypad was broken so we couldn’t get in. Luckily, someone else was coming out so we were able to get up to our actual unit using the elevators. The actual apartment keypad did work however. There was a very loud alarm coming from our unit before entering which turned out to be the smoke detector. There was no smoke anywhere that we could find so we just stepped on a chair to reach it and take out the battery. We asked management to come change the battery but they never did.
The couch has no cushion so it’s like sitting on a wood panel. It’s so sunken in because of all the guests so it needs to be replaced.
The light fixture on the kitchen ceiling does not work. The kitchen light kept flickering unless you play around with the switches to turn it off for good, so there’s definitely some wiring issues there.
The hot water ran out for the 2nd person showering. We always had to wait 30 minutes between showers for there to be enough water.
The WiFi is very very weak so using any apps on the TVs such as Netflix did not work, and we couldn’t use the WiFi from the bedroom. We notified them of this problem and they installed a Google device in the living room but that also did not work due to the weak WiFi.
The shower has no light in it so it’s just dark (see photo). And the bottom corner of the shower door is decaying, looks like water damage in the wood frame.
On the day of checkout, we left for an early breakfast intending to come back before the 11;00 checkout time so we left our bags at the apartment. When we came back, the apartment keypad code did not work!
