Great location close to the old quarter by short grab and slightly away from all the traffic.
The owners are incredibly helpful and fast to reply

In 17 years of marriage, my wife has never been more angry or insulting to me, as when I took her to Lucky Buddha Hotel.
Read the Google reviews. They are all true.
Electrical safety hazards, dirty sheets, bathroom that stays wet and smells of sewer, constant pump noise all night, cigarettes on balcony.

The room was big enough. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The gentleman worked there was so kind and was always ready to help. Thank you.
The room unfortunately was not clean, including floors and sheets. No towels, toilet papers, shampoo provided in the room. We had to ask for them and then gave us towels and only one toilet paper. We were three people and had to buy it later from a supermarket. I understand that the price of the room is low so expectations should not be high, but cleaning the floors and changing sheets with clean ones are just basics, and they were missing.
