location good beds very clean well suited for a big group
found it a bit difficult to find key as in which door and a handrail on the stairway would be good for older people simple fix but no problems otherwise

we loved everything about this property. The kowhai tree off the verandah that was teeming with tui and wood pigeons. The attention to detail of the victorian era furnishings was a real treat.

Great vintage setup, excellent location and entertaining with the tui and Kereru in the Kowhai out front.
Would be nice to have wifi but it’s not a biggie.
