Terrible experience, BBQ not working, no hot water for 2 days, no compensation offered

The only think which is positive is the location.

The house itself is genuinely pleasant — well-located and nicely presented. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly undermined by poor maintenance and an unacceptable response from the managing agency, Primo Conciergerie. On arrival, the BBQ — explicitly advertised as an amenity — was unusable: a gas grill contaminated with charcoal, dirty, and with an empty gas bottle. The agency's solution was to ask us to purchase the gas ourselves and claim a reimbursement, which we declined. After visiting seven shops due to local shortages, the agency's representative made clear she found our requests burdensome. The BBQ remained non-functional for the entire stay. On the last two days, we had no hot water — an issue confirmed by the resort's own concierge/janitor. The agency took no action to resolve it. When we followed up, we were accused of bullying and intimidation. At one point, we were threatened with a police report simply for continuing to report unresolved problems. All requests to speak directly with the property owner were refused. No compensation was offered by the agency or the owner. Resolution came only after escalating to Booking.com, whose customer service (particular thanks to Lena G.) recognised our situation and refunded 20% of the stay. If you care about getting what you paid for, be aware: the gap between what is advertised and what is maintained — and the agency's complete absence of accountability — makes this a risky booking.

Ce n’est pas terrible.

L’endroit n’était pas ma

Le barbecue ne fonctionne pas et le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement. En plus, il y avait des cafards qui traînaient partout. J’en ai même trouvé sur mes bras pendant qu’on regardait la télé. La serviette de cuisine avait également une très mauvaise odeur et n’était pas propre du tout. J’ai aussi remarqué sur la facture que j’ai reçue que j’avais payé 60 € uniquement pour le ménage.
