It's spacious apartment with separate bedroom and extra bunk bed in the niche, fully equipped kitchen - it's a rare find in this price category. You can see lagoon from the balcony and forest from the other side. The house itself is from Soviet times, but inside it's renovated in Ikea style. Parking is just nearby. We'd spent here 5 nights during the off-season. Almost everytime you can spot a fox or even a boar running around in the evening. I guess it's different during the peak season.
3rd floor might be tiresome for some, no elevator. 11am check-out could be changed to 12am at least during the off-season.

The location was great, the flat was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony has a view of the Curonian Sea, which is a bonus when the neighbours don't smoke. It's also easy to park near the apartment, which is an added bonus. It's very quiet during the night, which makes for a restful stay.
The apartment was clean, but I think the owners should change the cleaning products they use as they do not smell pleasant. Additionally, the bathroom and the toilet smelt of bleach, and the windows were very dirty. The neighbours/residents smoked a lot, which I understand is not within the owner's control, but the guests who are sensitive to smoke should be aware of this; therefore, I couldn't use the balcony as much as I wanted to, even though it had a gorgeous view. I think the apartment needs a touch of love and a bit more effort to make it feel more cosy. If all of these things were addressed, it would be truly pleasant.
