Lovely hosts.
Short ride Rotorua MTB trails.
Short drive to supermarket and city restaurants.
Quiet, away from the main road.
Small kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine.
It could do with a bit more privacy in the bathroom window.
The black cat would judge at me with deceiving eyes, quietly mocking me with disapproval, how dare an Aussie step onto his territory 😁

Everything about the place. Central location. Rich the host was great. Had a chance to chat with him and get advice what to do around. He was very helpful and suggested what we could do. Really appreciate it Rich ..

Location was brilliant for getting to all the best parts of Rotorua, forest and free town geothermal park are close & easy. Excellent bakery just down the road and friendly hosts.

The room is too small. In the pictures, it looks much bigger, but in reality, it’s tiny and there’s no space to put the luggage. The bed is covered with too many cushions, more than can reasonably fit in the room when it’s time to sleep.
The room is also unacceptably noisy because a swimming pool pump runs from 9 AM to 7 PM. What if you want to sleep past 9 AM?
