The "Top House" is a cosy and convenient place in a very good location, walking distance from the city center, and with a private parking place (which was important for us since we came with our rented car).
Breakfast was very good as well, but most of all we liked the warm and welcoming attitude of Bogdan, the host. He is really making the difference, and gave our stay a personal touch.
There are too few photos of the rooms themselves in Booking, which almost made me miss this great option, since I don't like to book places without seeing how the room looks like. I recommend adding some photos, with explanation to which room each one relates.

Cozy room with a comfortable bed & great shower. The morning breakfast was delicious! Our host Bogdan was extremely kind, had great communication & had great suggestions for things to do. He made us feel very valued & appreciated.
The location was outstanding. Just a few blocks from the main square in the Old Town. We appreciated the included private parking. We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel. We loved it & beautiful Braşov! ❤️

It was close to the center
Very big price only 30 euro cheaper than 5 stars hotels with low quality conditions:old building with a passageway where is very hard to park the car , iron bed which is very high and no place to put the clothes, very small room, no chair in the room. Bad wc as there is no ventilation and the smell goes in the room, there have told them to put a fake ceiling to be able to add air vent and they refused. Also you cannot come to eat in the morning at any time as the space is very small and have to wait. Also when eating it is not a buffet as they offer you a small plate for two persons.
În conclusion I would go to their neighbors armati which rooms are double their size, better food, big bathroom etc
