Great value for money and conveniently located within a 20-minute walk of the city centre and conference facilities. Coffee, tea and milk were provided, which was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. A comfortable and convenient stay!

We loved the size, the cupboards were plentiful, many utensils crockery cutlery, dishes. We could not fault anything. The gardens were well maintained, patio area great size. This place was awesome value for what you got. Definitely would recommend. One of my favourite Air BnB

Very BASIC room, bedroom setup was weird, doors were like pantry doors. Shower/toilet strand setup, not sure if you call a hole in the window an exhaust fan. 3 Gas BBQ bottles were empty when we went to cook our food, host said he would replace them the next day, that didn’t happen
