Excellent location, beautiful room and bathroom, really clean, tea and coffee provided and Anna was really helpful
Everything was great, really recommend. Though there was a 5€ surcharge to leave bags for a few hours after check out, but perhaps this is standard.

Good location and comfy beds.
Had a lift up to the rooms, lots of restaurants near by and about a 10 minute walk to either St Marks Basicilca Square or the Rialto Bridge.
Entrance to apartment was through a bedroom. Was ok for us as we were a family of 3, maybe different for if not travelling with family.

The location was excellent, centrally located, 5-10 minute walk from the major canal, with lots of interesting things to see along the way. The accommodation was very good. You will definitely need to follow the detailed instructions on how to find the place as it is tricky. We were very careful and found it first time .
We don't have any complaints.

Breakfast not included; however the host provided a recommendation to a local caffe - which was good.
The accommodation included a private bathroom, however we did not realise at the time of booking that it was adjacent to the room and not located as a en-suite. This meant leaving our room and possibly disturbing other guests early/late in the day.
This may not apply to the other rooms available.
