Location
Showers leaked all over bathroom floors as no seals on curtains, patio doors do not lock, air conditioning is not throughout the property which the advert implies. Charged to drop off a key and to return the keys. Towels are not supplied you must pay for these, extra pillows are not supplied for beds you must collect if required from office 25 mins from the property. Property was cleaned when we arrived was not ready at the agreed time. When we queried all of the issues all we were told was to look at their company website. Anything not supplied or included in the booking should be advertised on booking.com prior to booking and payment.
