The hotel is new, very well maintained and gives a great experience for this price.
We loved the bed! Omg it was like a cloud! The pillows were the best, we had amazing sleep.
The breakfast selection was great, and everything was delicious. And we also had the dinner included - it was the best choice! Also the diner staff was very professional and friendly.
Loved the SPA area - nice and clean. Outside jakuzzi was the best!
Lobby bar staff was amazing, our cocktails were great.
Some little improvement could be made to:
- internet (but I understand, in the mountains it's not the best by default)
- the massage at SPA.. it was mediocre, I think the therapists need some training
- the restaurant at the lobby also was 4/5 (but tye buffet food was amazing)
- pls train your cleaning personnel to knock even if the room passed the regular check-out time (our check out time was 12pm instead of the usual 11am and the cleaner just opened the door while I was in there packing and my husband was in the shower).

Nicely designed hotel fitting in the area. Big room with large balcony and view on the mountains. Swimming pool and relaxing pool although a bit small were nice to use. The water slide was very fun! Having a water filter on the corridor is very convenient and sustainable.
Nice bar/restaurant. Good breakfast.
The only inconvenience was that one elevator was out of service and no staircases are available. The staircases seemed to be in use as a storage area.

Nice location and very good food (breakfast and dinner). We had issues with noisy neighbours (and I really struggle with noise) and Jacob(Jakub?) from reception moved us very swiftly to a quiet room. Our stay from there on went really smoothly
Soundproofing in rooms on first floor is very poor due to adjoining doors (our neighbours were rather loud). Surrounding area is not as green (wooded) as some of the promo pictures show. There are some new large developments around

Location
Failure to accommodate a basic allergy request – twice. On two consecutive mornings, I requested oatmeal cooked with water instead of milk for my young child, who has a diagnosed milk allergy. Both requests were refused without a clear reason. This is a basic, low-effort adjustment that any high-standard hotel kitchen should be able to make, especially when it directly affects a guest’s health. Refusing such a request is unacceptable.
Poor hygiene in the children’s playroom. The carpet was visibly dirty with debris, adults were entering with outdoor shoes, and surfaces such as the table and slide were dusty. There was no staff presence to clean or supervise the area. This is particularly concerning as the space is intended for very young children, many of whom spend their time crawling or sitting directly on the floor.
