DO NOT BOOK

This studio has NO VENTILATION, NO AIR caused us to almost faint. Two windows - One opens and the other does not. These windows make the room so hot (greenhouse effect and all) that even opening the window does absolutely nothing. The lights in the space are too big and bright heating up the small studio even more. The two fans the host provided, just recirculated the hot air. It was 32deg inside but 18deg outside. bed is close to the window so cant place the fans close to the window either, to push the hot air out. Since buildings are so close together the air just does not flow that way. The lights in the bathroom heat up, makes the bathroom super hot that you are sweating while inside doing your business. Bathroom vent did not work - so unless you want to smell smells in your room all night long - I would stay away from this property. Bathtub is so small and a hazard since it is so high. I am 5'7 and I had to be careful not to slip getting in and out of the bathtub. We ended up moving out and booking another accommodation. The owner refused to acknowledging that there was an issue. Maybe they have other better rooms but I wouldn't gamble on that Reply to the owners: I am sorry that you cant read. it was 18deg outside and 32deg inside the studio. I did not see any vents in the studio - if there was - it was blocked. There was a vent in the bathroom but it was fully clogged and no switch turned the vents on. Refurbishment means nothing if i cant breathe. I didn't book at the worst moment. Weather is the weather. If your property cannot cater in all weather conditions or has proper vents then you must mention it in your listing Bookings.com reached out to you for a full refund. There is no way we will be paying for this accommodation.

Nothing at this property was worth liking.

Atende 2 pessoas, embora bem pequeno.

Good location. Responsive host.

Sofa bed is not very comfortable. There was loud noise from neighbours in the middle of the night on 1 night and there is a loud machinery noise that comes from the bathroom intermittently in the early mornings - the source of which is unclear, but it is not related to use of the bathroom.
