Nicht zu empfehlen!
An dieser Ferienwohnung leider gar nichts!
Wir können nur jedem empfehlen sich eine andere Ferienwohnung zu suchen.
Hier stimmt leider gar nichts mit den netten Fotos überein und wir müssen uns der Kritik anderer hier leider anschließen.
Das Haus ist in einem extrem schlechten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche liess sich nicht schließen, da die Magnete fehlten und wir mussten ihn mit Klebeband verschliessen, damit unsere Lebensmittel nicht verdarben. Die Einbauküche stammt wahrscheinlich noch aus den 70igern und ist sehr abgenutzt, teilweise kaputt und die Schränke innen waren schmutzig. Der Fernseher war nicht zu benutzen, da nicht auf Deutsch eingestellt, man keine TV-Programme auswählen konnte und esauch keine Anleitungzur Einstellung gab. Die Heizungen gingen gar nicht, obwohl es im Haus bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt war. Das Mobiliar wat in fast allen Räumen kaputt oder in sehr abgenutztem Zustand: Tisch im Wohnzimmer mit abgebrochenen Beinen, Spiegel am Schrank zerschlagen und eine Kommodenschubladenfront lag ausgerissen auf dem Boden, am Badschrank war der Türgriff ausgerissen und es standen offene Nägeln an der Schadstelle heraus. Das Bettlaken und die Matratze im Einzelzimmer (mit der Grösse einer Besenkammer) waren dreckig und fleckig. Die Böden waren schmutzig im.ganzen Haus. Im Wohnzimmer war eine Scheuerleiste ausgerissen und im.Parkett ein grosse Loch. Im Bad gab es keinen Duschvorhang und nicht mal ausreichend Handtücher (wir waren zu dritt angemeldet, aber es gab nur 2 Duschhandtücher) oder einen Duschvorleger und der Duschschlauch ist viel zu kurz in der Wanne, um im Stehen duschen zu können. Auch der Garten und der Balkon sind sehr ungepflegt und gespickt mit Blumentöpfen mit alter Erde oder verptteten Pflanzen. Das Gartentor, Zäune und die Mülltonneneinhausung waren kaputt und es lagen offen Abfälle darin. Auf dem Balkon stand eine (mit einer halb verrotteten Wachstuchtischdecke abgedeckte) defekte, alte Nähmaschine, eine leere Bierflasche sowie ein Krug mit alten Zigarettenkippen.

Als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern war es schön, dass jeder seinen eigenen Rückzugsort zum schlafen hatte.
Auch der schnelle Kontakt zum Gastgeber und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind positiv aufgefallen
Als wir bei um 17:00 eingecheckt sind ( ab 15:00 möglich ) war das Haus nicht gereinigt worden und hat stark nach Alkohol und Schweiß gerochen. Die Betten waren benutzt und dreckiges Geschirr stand in der ganzen Wohnung . Ich habe zum Glück direkt den Gastgeber erreicht - die putzkraft hätte wohl vergessen zu kommen. Diese war dann innerhalb kurzer Zeit da- trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten wurde kein Rabatt angeboten was sich gehört hätte. Allgemein ist die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand- als hätte man eine Oma Wohnung geerbt, diese mit EBay Kleinanzeigen zu verschenken Möbeln aufgepeppt und sie als FeWo hochgeladen. Die Heizungen müssen DRINGEND entlüftet werden,gluckern und werden kaum warm. In jedem Zimmer gibt es defekte Glühbirnen. Eins der Schlafzimmer ist nur durch das allgemeine Bad zu erreichen - die Türen sind dünn wie Papier sodass man von jedem Klogang aufwacht. Trotz mehrerer Hinweise von Gästen wurde immer noch kein Duschvorhang installiert. die Treppe in den 1.Stock ist so steil, dass sie beim Gepäck hochtragen in meinen Augen ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Es stapelt sich der Müll in der Tonne vor der Haustür, Post quillt aus dem Briefkasten.
Allgemein leider sehr liebloser Eindruck, nur im Notfall zu empfehlen.
