House is a nice period property that's clean and very comfortable. The equipment (microwave, washing machine, tumble drier. etc.) are of very good quality. Also, it was exceedingly well stocked with cleaning products and basic groceries.
The back garden is overgrown and has many levels so not really suitable for anyone with young children or someone with mobility issues

Charming old cottage tastefully decorated with interesting artwork and ornaments; very much a home from home. Pretty much everything provided for a comfortable stay. Pleasant peaceful location fronting onto park. Kwinana town centre, train station and freeway all less than ten minutes drive. Around 30 minutes to Perth city centre.
Nice to have heavier curtains or blackout blinds in the front bedrooms as very bright sunshine early in the morning. Otherwise no issues.
