Beautifully designed and clean room, great location, quick and efficient customer support. Love the fact that you can connect your phone to the TV super easily to stream content. Great coffee in the room.
Breakfast was quite underwhelming with just 1 vegan option, definitely would not book it again. Although overall location is great, there are some seedy bars neighbouring the hotel entrance, so coming to the hotel late in the evening as a solo female traveller was a bit stressful.

Everything was perfection!

Location, design, cleanness, powerful air condition, multiple pillows, good shower
Expectation - chose large room with terrace (stated balcony or terrace) based on photos hoping for some view, Reality - got a ground floor room (for wheelchair) next to public WC, with inner yard terrace 🤦♂️ nor publicly available balcony as an option.
Very limited breakfast (even thought quality of food is good), extra coffee cup not included (paid), "hotel breakfast experience" (you know what I mean) completely lost.
Good air condition but unable to use at night because it is blowing straight to the face, so bad sleep due to too high temperature.
Electric stove is there, but barely anyone would take a risk to cook because the notification says "very sensitive fire alarm so open everything to avoid possible fine" - not sure who would be ready to test :P
Limited international channels on TV, just a couple in English (some useless non stop news).
Obligatory online check in, where asking to take a photo of a document and ask for agreement to proceed it, but unable to disagree because can't check in (which is obligatory), so why ask and then force to agree? just get those papers and relax.
Recovery in collaborating wellness center is completely off while travel with children because of age limit (16 y.o. min), so it is another nice promise on paper.
