Jerome was excellent. Very proactive in terms of contact and amenable to our arrival time. The room was nice and perfect for a couple for a short stay. Amenities in the room was great, small Kitchen with a fridge and a reasonably priced honesty bar.
The neighbours cats had a midnight battle royale so that was a surprise in the middle of the night, but nothing to do with the proprietor.

Cleanliness, the host, free parking (on the street), location to Disneyland, the neighborhood vibes, water pressure.
Nothing.
