This was a return stay. It was as good an experience as the first.
The location is great. The place has a very homey feel. Well equipped kitchen. The hosts are responsive. Self-checkin is user-friendly with an analog key box.
Great location near all the sights of L. Trasimeno.
The unit is a little lacking in natural light, but the lighting makes up for it. Street parking is usually easy, but if you come home late, you may have a walk.

La camera molto simpatica in stile italiano liberty umbro... parcheggio comodo e in pieno centro
il bagno ha la porta che rimane aperta nel mezzo, avrei dato 5stelle ma la carenza di privacy è troppo importante, adrebbe aggiunta una seconda porta a vetro scorrevole.

Zona molto carina, appartamento comodo da raggiungere e ben situato, con all'interno tutto il necessario per soggiornare.
Il bagno ripostiglio è leggermente al limite ma alla fine si può accettare.
Host gentili e disponibili
Le lenzuola ed il copriletto erano abbastanza pieni di peli, le federe non mi hanno dato l'impressione di essere pulite, anche se probabilmente lo erano, ma vederle macchiate mi ha dato molto fastidio.
Il divano all'ingresso, anche quello ha un copridivano che spero venga lavato ogni tanto, perchè non me ne ha dato l'impressione.
Manca una copertina per la notte, anche se ci sono i condizionatori.
Bagno super rumoroso quando scarichi
Non apprezzo le superfici in legno poroso e dipinto fai da te per creare oggetti di uso comune dentro casa, perché non si possono igienizzare come si deve (porta asciugamani, porta carta igienica, comodini...).
Il lavandino in bagno scorre lentissimamente, forse è otturato.
Rivedrei la cura e la pulizia complessiva in generale.
