Room was a lot bigger than others you find in the city and plenty storage and desk space. A lovely quiet location but still has a great cafe next to overlooking the water. Very easy to book grabs to get to old town and not expensive either compared to the bus.
Nothing!

The café was a great addition. It is a good place to sit down and drink something or eat something after traveling around in the day. The courtyard with the Koi fish pond is quite lovely. Being able to sit by a river and watch the barges go by feels so relaxing. In the night it is also a great place to just unwind. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is not as expensive as staying in old quarter but it is easy to get to the Old Quarter and the rest of the city from there.
The place could be a little cleaner. Also, the water pressure was not as good as expected. These are just small issues, nothing major.

The host was lovely.
The rooms were quite mouldy and the air con didn’t work. We asked to change rooms because the first was bad which they did change us. We were there for only one night thankfully. I wouldn’t stay any longer to be honest. It’s across the bridge which you can’t walk over so used Grab.
