位置很好，去新桥也就走路十分钟，属于是闹中取静的地方，房间也很干净，房东人特别好，有啥问题都可以沟通，我是意外留宿一晚，但是以后还想回来。
最开始找公寓的位置不太好找，楼的门牌号有点迷惑性，但是房东下来接我了，特别好。

This place is such a find. Travelling through Spain and mostly staying in hostels it was pure delight to arrive at the host accommodation. I had my own room and a bed. The location was perfect and the view tremendous.
The host was such a lovely man who was kind and generous. It was easy to communicate with him as well in English . 100% recommend staying here.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this place, the host is kind and generous beyond doubt.

Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, maximal 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, ich habe allerdings fast eine Stunde gebraucht, weil auf dem Weg einige schöne Cafes, Bars und ein unglaublicher Schinkenladen war, der hervorragenden Iberico verkaufte ;)
Das Haus liegt gerade so an der Altstadt, dass man sich ungestört fühlt und sicher vor dem Haus parken kann, die Aussicht ist wunderbar.

Not that much!
Using the kitchen and living room was not allowed even though showed in Booking.com.
I had to complain about that.
Uncomfortable because real residents are living there though it's a small apt. Located in 4th floors without elevator, and need to use 3 keys to enter but no lock in the room.
Very noisy due to tv from living room all the time.
Felt like a prisoner only staying in small room.
Very disappointed.
Recommend not to go if you're a foreign traveler.
After Tu Hogar, moved nice accommodation located in the center with a cheap rate.
