The unit was very clean, updated and the location and view was fantastic. It's a very quiet area relative to much of the coast, which was fantastic after dealing with the crowds during our stays in Positano and Capri. Great communication from the host. A couple of local restaurants also have free shuttles that pick you up at the top of the stairs.
The steps are a bit of a challenge if you have larger suitcases, though you can say that about most places on the Amalfi coast.

Real Review: The location of this property is absolutely perfect. 10+. It is located on the Marina Piccola side of Capri, half of the way down the hill. That means that it is 8 minute walk down the stairs to the bus stop at Marina Piccola, And a 12 minute walk up the stairs to the traffic circle and the supermarket. The host Gennaro did an outstanding job. His communication through the booking.com app was excellent. He was waiting at the property when we arrived to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. On two different occasions we needed taxi cabs on very short notice and he provided them and had them show up quickly in front of the villa. The property is located on the uphill side of Marina Piccolo Blvd so the view out over the Bay is outstanding. Please have no concerns about the view because it is fabulous. The villa was exceptionally clean. All of the floors and the stairs on both levels are white Carrera marble and it is really visually very pleasing. It has just about the best closet space of any rental I have ever stayed in. Very substantial closets and drawers with nice wooden hangers for your wardrobe. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. The bathroom is off of the hallway and not connected to either of the bedrooms. Since we were two couples traveling together, One couple got the master bedroom in the upstairs bathroom, The other couple got the second bedroom upstairs along with the downstairs bathroom and a very small downstairs bedroom that was used as a dressing room. It turned out to be an equitable distribution of space for two couples. It worked fine for two couples and would be very adequate for a family of five. The air conditioning in all of the rooms of the house with the exception of the kitchen was excellent. The bed linens were high quality, The washing machine worked well, And the decor was very pleasant.
Other reviews have mentioned that there is a one bedroom apartment above the three bedroom villa. This is true although it is not a cause for concern. We never had any interaction with the people that were staying above us in the one bedroom and could not hear them. And although we did not have an occasion to go up there and look around I have to imagine that the views from the upper deck would be even more fabulous. However the Booking.com app does conflate the pictures of the three bedroom house along with the one bedroom house. It's hard to tell which property is which. Not necessarily deceptive advertising but certainly not a clear representation of what each place is. My only somewhat substantial disappointment with the three bedroom house was the kitchen. We really enjoy cooking. If you eat every meal out you can disregard a lot of the following comments . First there is no air conditioning in the kitchen. The kitchen was not properly furnished. Usually you expect an assortment of mixed pots and pans and glasses and kitchen tools, but usually enough stuff that it is adequate to do some cooking. VERY limited pans, glasses, cooking tools. and the exhaust fan from the stove blows into the kitchen. So its hot, and not suitable for any serious cooking. Lots of steps (thats italy). its a good value for the money, just plan on going out to dinner a lot!

我们到达的时候打扫还未结束，二楼洗手间的洗脸盆无法漏水，同时二楼没有热水，最后是自己想办法打开了热水器才有热水，但持续的时间不长，超过两个人洗澡的话，热水就不够了。
