Clean, friendly staff, right level of comfort for us.
If I had to name anything negative, it’s the strict times for breakfast. With 3 kids this can be a challenge. But it’s normal in Japan.

The train to beppu is close, and the staff are very nice. There is a free parking lot. Very affordable.
The room smelled from cleaning supplies very much. Most restaurants around the hotel closes early.
